Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to grow and optimize our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating deals, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, relationship management, and marketing expertise to drive affiliate growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize the company’s affiliate marketing program.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to ensure consistent performance.
  • Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, creatives, and campaigns for affiliates.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand guidelines in affiliate partnerships.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with affiliate marketing trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Optimize and scale the affiliate program through data-driven strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking tools, and performance-based marketing.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience using affiliate management platforms like impact.com, ShareASale, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
